At Sanwin Beachwear, our customers expect the very best, and we will always go the extra mile to provide a level of service which reflects the quality of our items. As such, if you need to make a return of one of our items, the process couldn’t be easier. All you need to is post your unused item - along with the original tags - quoting the order number you received when you first bought it. We will replace your item with no quibbles or questions, or if you prefer, we’ll send you a full refund.

If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then get in touch and speak to a member of the Sanwin team, as a refund for those goods will be at our discretion only.

RETURNS

We completely understand that ordering items of swimwear via a website can be a little tricky sometimes - it’s not as if we have an online changing room for you to pop into! With this in mind, Sanwin Beachwear offers a free size exchange service for those times when you receive your swimwear...only to find it isn’t the size you need. Our free size exchange allows you to swap your item for another in a more appropriate size, completely free of charge. It’s easy: all you need to do is to return the wrong size item back to us at your own cost, along with the fully completed returns note letting us know you want to exchange your item for one of a different size (or a different colour). Once received, we’ll send out a brand new replacement item to you completely free.

We really do try hard to accept all returns. However, in order for your return to be processed correctly, all returned items must be sent along with their original packaging, and with all of their original tags still in place. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of swimwear items of swimming accessories that have been worn, or which have been used in either a pool or seawater. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item is suitable for their needs, and is of the correct size, before using the item in either a pool or in the ocean.

It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is adequately packaged in a way not to be damaged in transit. Items which have been in any way damaged during transit will not be eligible for an exchange or a refund, and will be returned to the customer.

FAULTY GOODS

If you’ve returned an item to us because you feel it is faulty or not fit for use, our returns department will carefully assess it, and come to a decision as to whether or not it is indeed a faulty item. Should it be deemed faulty, then it will be replaced free of charge. If the item is obsolete or no longer stocked by Sanwin Beachwear, then an alternative item of the same value will be agreed upon with the customer, or a full refund will be issued if requested. On top of this, if we find that the item is indeed faulty, by way of an apology, we’ll also send you a refund and compensation for your postage fees (standard parcel charge costs only).

WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED

If - for whatever reason - you’ve been sent an item different to that which you ordered, you should immediately send it to our returns department (see address above). Once we have received your item, we will be able to replace and ship it within 24 hours, and we will send you a refund for any return postage charge incurred by the customer (standard parcel charge costs only).
