Returns & Exchanges


Do you want to return something? No problem!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then simply return your unused item within 30 days quoting your Order Number. We will replace without questioning or, if you prefer, refund your purchase price in full. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.


We understand that finding the perfect fit online is awkward, without being able to try the item on, so at Sanwin Beachwear we offer a free size exchange service. This means that the item can be swapped for another size free of charge. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. We aim to turn around all size exchanges within 3 days from the moment they are received.

There's no need to let us know you're returning something, just fill it in the returns note inside your parcel and pop it back to us.

We'll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method.

All goods that are returned must be accompanied with proof of purchase and a note telling us what action you want us to take.

All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don't need to be in the original packaging. but do need to have all brand and hangtags in place. Swimming Accessories that have been worn or used in a pool or ocean cannot be returned for exchange or refund. It is the consumers responsibility to decide the suitability and fit of all items before using the item in a pool or ocean and making the item unsellable if returned! It is the customers responsibility to make sure the product is adequately packed to avoid any possible damage in transit, such items damaged in transit will be returned to the customer and not exchanged or refunded.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.


Goods returned as faulty will be assessed by our returns department. Should the item be deemed to be faulty this will be replaced or in case of an obsolete product an alternative item will be agreed or a refund will be issued if requested. If the item is faulty then you will receive a refund and compensation for your postage (Standard Parcel Charge costs Only).


Goods returned as wrong items received should be returned to our returns department, on receipt of the item we will be replaced them with the correct item.
