Returns & Exchanges

You have 100 days from the day your order arrives to exchange it for another size or choose store credit. A refund is possible within 14 days of receipt. Register your return in our returns portal at returns.sanwinbeachwear.com. Prefer email? Send your order number and your choice to info@sanwinbeachwear.com.

Exchange or store credit within 100 days

• Another size. Once your return has arrived, we send the new size free of charge. Our shorts run small, so most exchanges are for one size up. If your new size is sold out by then, you receive store credit.
• Store credit. A credit code for the full amount, plus € 5 per return, valid for 730 days.

Condition: the item has not been worn and has not been in the water, and the labels and, on swim shorts, the hygiene strip are still attached. Try swim shorts on over your own underwear.

A refund within 14 days

Within 14 days of receipt, you can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Tell us through the returns portal, by email or with the model withdrawal form in our Terms and Conditions. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of every page of our website, or directly at returns.sanwinbeachwear.com/withdraw. Enter your name, order number and email address and confirm with "Confirm cancellation". If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal by email without undue delay, including its content and the date and time of its submission. You then have 14 days to send the parcel. We refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs within 14 days of your notice, to the account you paid with. We may wait until your return has arrived or you have shown that you sent it. The conditions for exchanges and store credit do not apply here: you are only liable for any diminished value if you have handled the item more than needed to try it on.

Sending it back

You send the parcel at your own cost to the address below. Include your order number and keep the receipt with the tracking number until your return has been processed.

Something not right?

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, the legal guarantee applies, separately from these periods, and the costs are ours. Email a photo and your order number to info@sanwinbeachwear.com. We will send you the right item and refund your return postage.
