We know you don’t want to wait to begin travelling in style. You can rest assured your Sanwin order will be with you quickly, as we ship all of our orders within 24 hours of hearing from you (Monday to Friday, subject to availability).

On top of this, all orders which are placed before 5pm (Central European Time) will be dispatched the same day, subject to availability. See you on the beach!

It’s because of this that we aim to dispatch your order the same day or the day after (depending on the time you place your order). Most orders will arrive within 2-10 working days, depending on your country.

Sanwin Beachwear Returns Policy

If for whatever reason you wish to return your item or items from Sanwin Beachwear, please read the following information correctly, to ensure your return is processed correctly. Please bear in mind the fact that for all Sanwin Beachwear items returned for either exchange or refund, customers will pay the postage charges applicable to their country.

For each item which is returned, we must ask you that it is posted along with both the proof of purchase, as well as a note from yourself telling us what action you would like us to take. For your peace of mind, we highly recommend that the item should be sent by recorded delivery, or that you obtain a certificate of posting from your post office. If you’re one of our international customers, we would urge you to send your item with International Signed For Postage, should the item be lost in transit.

In order for your return to be processed correctly, all returned items must be sent along with their original packaging, and with all of their original tags still in place. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of swimwear items of swimming accessories that have been worn, or which have been used in either a pool or seawater. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item is suitable for their needs, and is of the correct size, before using the item in either a pool or in the ocean.

It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is adequately packaged in a way not to be damaged in transit. Items which have been in any way damaged during transit will not be eligible for an exchange or a refund, and will be returned to the customer.

Size Exchange Service

We completely understand that ordering items of swimwear via a website can be a little tricky sometimes - it’s not as if we have an online changing room for you to pop into! With this in mind, Sanwin Beachwear offers a free size exchange service for those times when you receive your swimwear...only to find it isn’t the size you need. Our free size exchange allows you to swap your item for another in a more appropriate size, completely free of charge. It’s easy: all you need to do is to return the wrong size item back to us at your own cost, along with a note letting us know you want to exchange your item for one of a different size. Once received, we’ll send out a brand new replacement item to you completely free.

Because we know our customers don’t like to wait to get their hands on our quality items of swimwear, we aim to turn around all size exchanges on the same day they are received. Once we’ve packaged up your replacement, it will be posted second class, unless an expedited service has been requested (fees apply).

Faulty Goods

If you’ve returned an item to us because you feel it is faulty or not fit for use, our returns department will carefully assess it, and come to a decision as to whether or not it is indeed a faulty item. Should it be deemed faulty, then it will be replaced free of charge. If the item is obsolete or no longer stocked by Sanwin Beachwear, then an alternative item of the same value will be agreed upon with the customer, or a full refund will be issued if requested. On top of this, if we find that the item is indeed faulty, by way of an apology, we’ll also send you a refund and compensation for your postage fees (standard parcel charge costs only).

Wrong items received:

If - for whatever reason - you’ve been sent an item different to that which you ordered, you should immediately send it to our returns department (see address above). Once we have received your item, we will be able to replace and ship it within 24 hours, and we will send you a refund for any return postage charge incurred by the customer (standard parcel charge costs only).
