On orders under €100 we charge only €6.95 for shipping your purchase to you. Worldwide!
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours or less on all in stock items from Monday to Friday.
All orders placed before 5pm (Central European Time) will be despatched the same day if the item is in stock.
We aim to dispatch your order the same day or the day after depending on the time you place your order. Most orders will arrive within 2-5 working days, depending on your country.
Please note all items returned for exchange or refund, customers will pay the postage charges applicable to their country.
All goods that are returned must be accompanied with proof of purchase and a note telling us what action you want us to take. We recommend that a certificate of posting should be obtained for returns, supplied free of charge by the post office by handing your parcel over the counter. For International returns International Signed for postage is recommended in case of loss.
All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags in place. Swimming Accessories that have been worn or used in a pool or ocean cannot be returned for exchange or refund. It is the consumers responsibility to decide the suitability and fit of all items before using the item in a pool or ocean and making the item unsellable if returned!
It is the customers responsibility to make sure the product is adequately packed to avoid any possible damage in transit, such items damaged in transit will be returned to the customer and not exchanged or refunded.

Size Exchange Service
We understand that finding the perfect fit online is awkward, without being able to try the item on, so at Sanwin Beachwear we offer a free size exchange service. This means that the item can be swapped for another size free of charge. You simply return the wrong size item back to us at your own cost, with a note asking for a replacement size and we will send out a replacement item for you with no additional charge.
We aim to turn around all size exchanges on the same day they are received, they will be posted out second class postage, unless a faster service has been requested, which you will be asked to pay for.
Faulty Goods: Goods returned as faulty will be assessed by our returns department. Should the item be deemed to be faulty this will be replaced or in case of an obsolete product an alternative item will be agreed or a refund will be issued if requested. If the item is faulty then you will receive a refund and compensation for your postage (Standard Parcel Charge costs Only).
Wrong items received: Goods returned as wrong items received should be returned to our returns department, on receipt of the item we will be replaced them with the correct item and a refund will be given for any return postage charge incurred by the customer (Standard Parcel Charge costs Only).
